Why Strength Train?

Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training correctly can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and overall control of your body. It is important to maintain strength as we age.

Should I do this everyday?

Honestly, it’s best not to. The average person doesn't need to strength train every day, and for general health and fitness around four sessions a week is absolutely fine. You can also complement your weight training with something else that you enjoy like running, yoga, circuit training, bodybuilding, etc.
