IT’S HAPPENING! We are opening our own private training facility in Newport Beach, California!
Back Story:
Towards the end of 2024 we wanted to make a big step with Day 1. The Day 1 Training App has been great in growing our community, especially online. It’s been a long time coming but we are proud to say thanks to the support of so many we are able to open up our first private gym! It’s an incredible achievement and we are excited to start this new era of Day 1! Thank you for being a Day 1 and LFG!!
